Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Mortgage Disclosure Analyst / Post-Closing CD Specialist to support mortgage operations and ensure that loan disclosure documents are accurate, complete, compliant, and properly maintained.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling Closing Disclosures (CDs), Loan Estimates (LEs), and post-funding updates. You will work with the Loan Origination System (LOS) to maintain accurate loan records, meet regulatory timelines, and help ensure customers receive a complete and reliable record of their mortgage transaction.

This is an office-based position in Bengaluru, with employees expected to work from the office approximately 80–100% of the time each month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review Closing Disclosure (CD) and Loan Estimate (LE) information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify mortgage loan data and identify discrepancies before disclosures are finalized.
  • Reconcile post-funding changes and revisions to ensure the final loan documentation accurately reflects the transaction.
  • Maintain complete records of disclosure-related communications, updates, and actions in the loan file.
  • Use the Loan Origination System (LOS) to track disclosure activities, deadlines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure mortgage disclosures are delivered accurately, securely, and within required timelines.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of mortgage disclosure procedures and operational requirements.
  • Protect confidential customer, employee, and loan information in accordance with company privacy policies.
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve documentation or data-related issues.
  • Manage multiple loans and competing deadlines in a fast-paced mortgage operations environment.
  • Work additional hours when necessary to meet business requirements and regulatory deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Knowledge of U.S. mortgage compliance and disclosure requirements.
  • Understanding of Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loan programs.
  • Familiarity with Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of mortgage loan processing, closing, post-closing, or disclosure operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to calculate and interpret rates, ratios, percentages, and basic graphs.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required.

You will work in a structured, deadline-driven environment where accuracy, confidentiality, communication, and regulatory awareness are essential.

Work Environment

This is an office-based role in Bengaluru, India. Employees are expected to work from the company office approximately 80–100% of their working time each month and should live within a reasonable commuting distance.

The position may also require overtime depending on business needs and regulatory deadlines.
