Avinash Industries is seeking highly motivated and skilled Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) for 2025 to join our mechanical, production, and chemical engineering teams. This in-office role at a manufacturing factory offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the optimization of sheet metal manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Supporting the implementation of quality control measures to ensure product standards are met.
- Work closely with engineering teams on projects aimed at enhancing processes and developing new products.
- Participating in the troubleshooting of equipment and production-related issues.
- Conducting research and analysis to support process improvements and innovation.
- Particular experience in sheet metal manufacturing, zinc plating, and Zinc Phosphating a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
- Understanding of Manufacturing Processes
- Knowledge of Chemistry and its applications in engineering.
- Familiarity with engineering principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations.

Experience and Expectations:
- Eligibility: Recent graduates with a B.Tech, M.Tech or equivalent degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Paint Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Process Engineering or Production Engineering. Freshers can apply.
